Massachusetts Attorney Jerome L. Benson
When you have a legal problem in the Fitchburg or Leominster area, it is important to have a Massachusetts lawyer you trust to protect your rights. At the Law Office of Jerome L. Benson, I have 20 years of experience working hard for my clients in negotiation and in the courtroom.
After graduating law school in 1981, I was an active duty Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the Army for four years. I continue my military service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves and the Chief Director of Legal Services and Chief of Legal Assistants for the Army Reserves in New England.
In addition to my military law experience, I served as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County. During that time, I gained valuable experience as a prosecutor. I am able to know how the prosecution will approach my criminal defense clients' cases and prepare for their arguments.
When you come to me with any legal concerns, you will always receive my full attention. I have experience in many practice areas, and I will handle every aspect of your case. You will always be able to reach me with questions or concerns. At my firm, you will not be passed off to a junior lawyer or assistant.
